What type of vehicle do you accept ?

We accept all types of passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons.

What happens to my vehicle during my stay?

Your vehicle is parked and secured for the duration of your trip.
Depending on the number of spaces available, your vehicle can be taken to our additional parking lot.
In this case, an agent will drive your vehicle to the agency on your return.
Our teams ensure the safekeeping and security of your vehicles from morning to night.

How does the booking process work ?

Booking and payment are made on our website.
You choose the day and time you wish to drop off your vehicle (2 to 3 hours before your boarding time). For the return journey, you must indicate the day and time of your landing.
You can also add extra services (cleaning, electrical recharging, tire changes, claims handling).
Once your reservation has been confirmed, a space is reserved for you and allocated in one of our parking lots.

What documents do I need to make a reservation?

We need to know :
- make, model and registration of your vehicle,
- your departure and arrival flight numbers,
- the telephone number where you can be reached upon return.

What happens if I'm late?

You can reduce or extend the duration of your parking by replying to the reservation confirmation received by e-mail (contact@bigpark.pt).
In the event of cancellation 24 hours before your arrival at the agency, we will refund 50% of the reservation.

How can I save time on the day of my departure?

If you are more than 4 travelers, we advise you to drop the other passengers off at the airport before going to the agency. This will facilitate your shuttle transfer.

How long does the transfer to the airport take ?

The shuttle transfer takes 5 minutes, with an agent dropping you off in front of the airport's main entrance.
We recommend that you allow 20 minutes in advance on your schedule in case of busy periods (vacation departures, weekends).

What happens if I'm late?

Appointment times are very important. The entire daily schedule is calculated according to our customers' schedules.

How do I get my vehicle back ?

No regresso, pedimos-lhe que nos contacte assim que tiver recolhido as suas bagagens ou passado pela alfândega. O mini bus BigPark irá buscá-lo no mesmo ponto da viagem de ida, em frente à entrada principal do aeroporto, e levá-lo-á à agência para a devolução do veículo.

What happens if my plane is delayed on my return ?

We monitor your flight number and prepare your return accordingly.
If your flight is cancelled or lands too late, we arrange for an agent to wait for your return in all circumstances.
